The life of 39 Vietnamese people who passed away in a container lorry are honoured by Londoners at a shrine put up to mark the anniversary that is first of tragedy.

Jabez Lam, 64, the HCCS centre supervisor, stated nearly all its members originated from both Chinese and Vietnamese communities.
